"5/5 stars for our two FANTASTIC servers, Trevor and Christine. However if I could give the management a rating it would be 0/5 stars. Our family had Father’s Day dinner around 8:45pm, and our original server Trevor was doing a great job of helping our family. We were very disappointed that he said he’d be going home and transferring our table to another server; Christine. When we had asked why, he did not elaborate in much detail, but the brief details that were mentioned, did not call for him to be sent home. Christine took over our table and was very kind and transitioned over to us quickly! At the conclusion of our dinner we had asked Christine to grab the manager so we could tell them how FANTASTIC, both of our servers were (considering when most people request a manger it’s to complain, we were excited to leave an awesome review with the management team). We waited for 20 minutes after the check was paid and the mangers had still yet to come. When we checked in with Christine, she was surprised the mangers had not come, because she said that she had asked them MULTIPLE times to come over. It sucks that the mangers could not have the courtesy to value their customers experience and thoughts. I hope the mangers can learn how to do their job, and value feedback."
