"Usual last minute, random dining at Graziella’s. Today the service was less than fair. Lack of waiters it seems, outdoor seating was packed a trainee was tailing one of the 2 waiters that were on shift. Too much of a long wait for our drinks, then the appetizer and my entree was cool and my friend’s was warm. Time before this we were stuck with the slowest waitress ever. Encountered her on our first visit here last year. Nothing has changed in a year with her. Food is good but service is becoming subpar. Looking for another neighborhood gem."
