"Pretty gross all around. Cold bread. Thin crust white pizza was so salty it was inedible. Got a Mac and cheese to go for daughter that was flavorless. I use to love this place but it seems like quality has gone down substantially. Also it was really dirty. I noted that half the tables were filthy from walk in and not touched even as I left an hour later.."

"It is a very nice and clean Italian local restaurant chain. Food is very fresh and tasty. Their new Happy Hour menu is good. 2 complete meals, salad, pasta or pizza, and 2 glasses of wine for $35. Tim was our server, and he is exceptional."

"I had the pleasure of dining at Babbos last night, and food was great, but service was slow. It's a good thing we had a party of six for my kid's 13th birthday, so we had some time to catch up and play some games on our phones while we waited.The biggest complaint I have is about the slow service. It took a 30 minutes just to get our orders taken, and then another 45 minutes to actually get our food. Overall it was just under a two hour dinner (we were sat right away with our reservation) It was a bit frustrating to watch smaller tables come in, get seated, and leave while we were still waiting for our meals. But hey, at least we weren't in a rush, and we were able to enjoy each other's company.For your birthday, the restaurant brings a free desert on your special day. The baked cookie with ice-cream is definitely where it's at. Overall, the birthday boy was happy, so that's a plus. Our waitress was nice, but it would have been better if she was a bit more updating on the slow down at the kitchen. Despite the slow service, the delicious food and great company made for a memorable night at Babbos.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and they can customize the dishesDietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable and can customize most if the dishes. "Not fun writing this. Long time customer but are now done. We ordered a salad large, with chicken added. A longtime order. It's $27 but it's decent sized. On the previous order, they delivered a half sized order. So this time, we put a note in to please make sure it's a full size order particularly for the cost. We got an even smaller salad (I took a picture you just can't upload it here but for $27 a dinner fork is wider than the salad in all directions), no bread, and a thrashed mini pizza as a result. Have recommended and taken many people to this place. But this is it for us. Totally unacceptable. We note the last few times we've stopped in person the place has been empty, which it never used to be. So must not be the only people having issues."

"We had overlooked a problem with a food allergy requirement (Mushroom allergy) and the manager himself passed to drop a new court as we were in the middle of a large business training. It is very rare to see that employees go beyond and beyond to problems such as this usually the ball is crossed to someone else (in this case they use a third party provider so that they could easily leave me to fight for a refund) Thank you for our experience a great one!"

"We wanted to say goodbye after a week of vacation by bike along the loire. we didn't need an excellent restaurant, we just needed a familiar place where we could dine and eat well without spending too much. And that was it! the food was copied and well cooked. service always ready to satisfy our demands. has two steps from the center, it is an address to keep within hand in case of return to these neighborhoods. Congratulations to chefs, owners and servers!"
