"We go here often for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with just us two, with family, and with friends. It has one of the best and expansive patios in the area with an unbeatable view of the river, and steps from the Altstadt. Sitting outside in the summer is a must, but watch out for the bugs! The interior has a modern, young feel, but on Saturday nights they crank up the club music to where you can barely hear each other. There are times it feels it wants to be a club rather than a restaurant. The breakfast menu is standard German fare, a bit pricey, but if you like German breakfasts you'll be happy. The dinner menu is varied with a mix of German and American foods, with some pretty tasty pasta as well. Our food has always been delicious, warm, and huge portions, which is why we often come here. The service, as with much of Germany, is hit and miss. We've had stellar waitresses, and we've had waitresses who barely give you the time of day. It can take a long time for the food to come as well, but when it does it's piping hot and hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp. A very diverse drink menu rounds out the experience. Overall it's a youthful, fun place, not very family-friendly, but with friends during a summer evening, it's perfect."
