"I just made my first and last visit to Zoup Boardman/Canfield. I placed an online order of Hearty Beef Vegtable Soup as well as chick noodle soup and two sandwiches. I go to pick up the order and I chatted with the the very nice girl and also purchased two drinks while I was there. I commented to the girl that I like brothy soups and she said she does as well. I said is the beef veg brothy and she even went over to look at soup and said it 's brothy. So when I get home and unpack the order I was met to some gloppy over cooked veg soup that has all broken up seashell pasta in it that is mushy. I guess it 's the veg bounty soup. So I call the store and was given the proverbial I 'm sorry . We will give you a free soup and an additional soup the next time you come in. Oh, I was also given the we have a young staff and it 's hard to get workers spiel. Umm Those are all you problems not mine. I told the lady that answered the phone that I 'm glad I didn 't leave a tip. She had one job to do, fill an order and couldn 't get it right. I also told the her to just credit my card because I will never be back to get the two free soups, if you can 't get it right the first time chances are it won 't be right the second time and I 'm pretty sure I 'll never order again. All I can say is maybe you should train the workers that you do have, that there is a difference between the two soups. I 'm so disgusted I can 't even eat the sandwich. There 's $30 plus dollars in the trash. Ridiculous excuses!"

"My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner. I would say this is a hidden gem, but with the amount of business they did a lot of the public this restaurant is very aware. The first thing you meet when you enter is the wonderful angel of garlic beauty. Should not expect anything less from an Italian restaurant. Next is the kindness of all those who work. The food is so good! It's ready to order. You may feel too long, but it's good. The pizza was fantastic. PaPa GeGe hand stitches and bake it for perfection! We will definitely try another pasta dish with another sauce again."
