"When I said to the server that I had zöliakie, she immediately went to her manager who searched online to find out what is zöliakie and worked with me to find out what they could prepare, that would be safe. the manager observed the preparation to ensure that there was no cross-contamination and they used their replacement kitchen. I had a delicious and safe meal that was on the menu. I'm going back."
