"There are 4 restaurants located on this raised square off of the main street. We did look around and judged this one to be the cleanest, most promising looking. I wish I had consulted TripAdvisor before eating here, but it was late on a busy...Friday and we were starving and had no reservations. Our waiter was friendly enough at first. We got drinks promptly and that was it. The menus took a long time, the waiter took a long time to come back to us, and the food took a very long time. We suspected that there was a misunderstanding about our wanting all of the food at once, but looking at the reviews now, I'm guessing that it's just a hard thing for them to accomplish. After 1 hour and 10 minutes (yes, that long), we finally got our mains. By then, almost the entire restaurant had turned over; people who came after us had finished and were paying and leaving. During this time, we asked the waiter what was happening to our food, and he snapped, It's arriving After that, a man I think was the manager looked agitated, came to our table, and said he'd get our food. He did, and later he came by with what I assume was an apologetic limoncello, but the evening was pretty much ruined. I liked my pizza, but the rest of the family didn't like their food at all. And I agree with the reviewer who said the house wine was bad; it was. There was one good point: they had the only WCs I've ever seen with art in them, and they were very clean. In general, my advice about this one is: keep on walking."

"A good fish on a rainy day is a joy and the fish served here is not a take. it was rich and tasteful and included a generous amount of kartoffel. other members of the party enjoyed the pizza thin crust and pasta with seafood....The service was friendly and efficient. good brot. we shared a cafe gourmand for desert exquisite."

"We came here quite a few times a few years back and loved it then. Had lunch yesterday and continues to be lovely relaxed place for lunch. Fabulous seafood, great position on the beach and not overly expensive for where it is. Hard to fault from our experience."
