"Pizza looked fabulous. Pasta dishes were good. Waitress really nice. Caesar Salat needs some work. Very simple. Very relaxed atmosphere, no need to dress up. Service was a little slow, but waitress was apologetic and very nice. When booking asked if... it was a special occasion and I told them it was my birthday. It has never been recognized. So there is no point in asking this question."

"What can I say other than our ham was awesome. Every one said it was the best ham they had ever had. We had an 8 lb ham and cooked it for about 75 min. Their instructions were a little off saying 5 min per lb which would have left us with a cold ham. Would highly recommend. Worth the price!!"

"Came here for Good Friday all you can eat fish & chips. Was $15.99 but we all are 2 full meals. So good!! The pop and ice tea was too carbonated. We told the server and she went to fix it."

"The available opening hours, the pricing and the unhappy staff do not lend one to want to dine here. Late opening and early closing . The bartender is the server and In a week there I never saw more than one staff member on duty."

"Cafe 13 Main Street is in an old building in downtown Cambridge, Ontario, where many aspects of the building have been lovingly preserved, such as lintels and window frames, and beautiful modern touches, such as art work, have been added. The food is not especially inventive but it's nicely-prepared and tasty, and at a reasonable price. When we were there last week the most negative thing about our experience was the way the noise level kept increasing, and this was no fault of the restaurant! Why do people think they have to talk loudly? If everyone spoke softly we could still all hear the people near us, the ones we want to hear, and our hearing would emerge undamaged. Our waitress was enthusiastic and cheerful and just the right amount of attentive, except for a couple of little miscalculations (such as taking too long with the desserts, which apparently were ready and waiting) which made my husband say, "I think she's new." But they were little things, and her overall caring and good humour were wonderful. She thanked us for being such a good table to have for her first night on the job! We would go back, especially if we could have Annette for our server."

"The evening started with drinks with friends then we had dinner.The service was fantastic both indoors and on the patio, I had the Steak Sammie oh!..... that was amazing the steak was perfectly cooked and it was just so tender that a butter knife could have sliced it without problems.I also had a Caesar Salad on the side and that was the best I have had for a long . time.My partner had the meatloaf and that was the best he has ever had!! .....Well done The Black Badger!!!!!"

"I was here for the first time recently. I sat in Brenda's section. She was the best server I've ever had in my life. The food was good, but my service was definitely what will bring me back. It's a shame because I saw another server screaming rudely and on other servers before people. I don't know what the other girls were problem and I'm glad I wasn't in their section. But anyway, when I come back, I'll ask if Brenda works!"
