"Drunken French toast was great. The brisket hash was mediocre at best. In the past there were chunks of brisket mixed with the hash browns. This time there were very dry thin slices of brisket below the hash browns. Very disappointing. I did voice myconcerns with the wait person."

"The staff was very friendly and prompt. Four of us came for breakfast. I ordered hot tea, and they brought a tea box, so I could select from a variety of teas. The food was very delicious farm fresh food. In all we ordered four different breakfasts and everyone was extremely pleased with their selection. A nice view is icing on the cake."

"We hired Grey Gables for our Castle Farms wedding for both catering and bartending. Their communication is awesome and Katie made sure to answer all our questions leading up to the big day. Doing a taste test to choose the menu was a fun experience and they are so open with any ideas you have and flexible with any dietary needs for your guests! Grey Gables is very experienced which makes the process so simple with well-organized information packets and great recommendations. The food was definitely a win as we got many compliments on it and the staff day of was incredibly sweet! They even made my husband and I an extra plate after they put the buffet away since we got busy hosting and didn’t each much of our meal. The bartenders also did an amazing job keeping up with everyone and even learning certain people’s orders so it was a breeze when they went up for another. They also take care of cutting your cake and boxing up any leftovers for you at the end of the night which was so appreciated! I would highly recommend Grey Gables' catering and bartending services for your event."

"Everything from mushroom ravioli appetizer to generous pouring out of wein and spirits made for a great dinner. our party of 4 all had the garnel pasta, each couple share a dinner that came with extra salat and brot for a split plate fee of $10. our server was knowledgeable and helpful and only managed the right menu choices. will be coming back!"
