"YUM! Melt off the bones slow cooked pork ribs with delicious bbq sauce. Could be a bit warmer when served. The kids chicken nuggets are the best nuggets I’ve ever tasted. Crispy on outside and meaty on the inside and the flavor is really good. The banana pudding is amazing. The beans were good as well. Couldn’t have the fries because they use peanut oil for those. Atmosphere is full of fun vibes and tunes and a friendly chef. Food: 5"

"Four stars because of two things. We would not eat until they cleared the absolute mess on the floor and on the table right next to us. The floor debris was never cleaned up. Secondly, the dozen people near us were so drunk, including the cackling woman who would not shut up, that their noise permeated every inch of the large dining room where we were seated. We considered asking these rude and bawdy individuals to keep it down but restaurant management should have stepped in to ask them to lower their voices. Given this restaurant's reputation we hoped and expected them to do something to allow the other diners to enjoy their meals in relative peace. This was a $75 meal for two. We should have been able to hear our own conversation. Unacceptable and a warning to potential patrons. Given this scenario, and the clear possibility of it being repeated since The Village appears to place loud diner behavior on a low priority, we will find another restaurant, perhaps across the street, for our meals. Flies hovering over our table and our meal was delayed too. Staff, however, were very courteous and food, regrettably was good."

"Sitting outside on her 'Beach' with live music is really nice! Great menu and service was excellent. Great family restaurant. Food was very good, but not excellent. Nevertheless, this is a good choice on the island."
