"Recently we went to Boston Pizza for dinner with our daughter and four-year-old grandson. We were seated promptly but then waited over twenty minutes for anyone to ask if we would like anything, even though we had closed our menus to indicate that we were ready to order. Noticing that guests seated at two other tables, who arrived after us, had not only received their drinks but had also given their food orders, we asked if someone could serve us. After a further wait, a young lady came from the back and asked if we would like drinks. We placed a straight forward order quickly and called her back to ask if we might also place a food order as the young one was getting a bit fidgety. This was done quickly and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Following that, we did not see our waitress again until we eventually called her over to ask for the bill. Needless to say, we were disappointed in the poor service. While we appreciate that the young lady might have been having a bad day, there were no more than ten other tables in use at the time and at least four other servers. It was a long ninety minutes for a soft drink and a main course."

"Heads up-before you order 1/2 price Appetizers inquire as to what is included from the Appetizer list...as Oysters are not 1/2 price! Lack of service staff; no fault of theirs; as the waitresses were run off their feet! Management did little to nothing to assist servers; as wait was long to think "Christmas was Coming" sooner then the drinks, food, and bill. Food was average at best...we have been customers over many years...as will not return."

"I recently visited Cobourgh and was sad to see that due to pandemic many restaurants and patios were closed or open only for limited time. After a superb night at Woodlawn Inn my boyfriend and I were looking for a good breakfast and coffee and...were surprised that at 9.30 AM not even functioning restaurants were NOT open. But we went to Dimitri's Restaurant and Patio which proved to be the best idea ever. We had a tasty Greek omelette and experienced the most friendly staff. Thank you to the owner to give us gifts for my boyfriend's birthday. WE will definitely go back, maybe for dinner when the restaurant will be full-day open."

"After a day of travelling Rico's was recommended. Don't let the Mall location fool you! Friendly welcome, great menu, draft beers, specials, desserts and really clean! We had a little problem with one meal, and it was dealt with so promptly, with kindness I was really impressed. My meal was delicious! Will definitely make it another stop! Thank you for your superb service!Great for all food likes, and allergies!"
