"Best food experience I had in Corvallis in my six years of calling Corvallis home. Unfortunately, I didn't discover Caves Bier until our last night in town, before moving to Washington. But we'll be back, if only to eat here again!"

"Ordered takeout so we could sit next door at Treebeard’s Taphouse and got a tagliatelle Alfredo with fried chicken and the roasted pepper mac and cheese... they brought it over and it was scary good. Every time I order from here, pasta, fried chicken, brunch, it doesn’t matter. It’s always SO SCARY GOOD. It haunts me... EDIT: I forgot to point out their 90% plastic free and compostable takeout containers and utensils. I'm so incredibly appreciative of that consideration from them. Thank you guys!!!"

"We love to come here for pizza and pasta! The employees are very nice and the food is always so tasty. Unfortunately they are temporarily closed (as of April 26th, 2019). If you want to try this place out soon, I recommend calling ahead to see if they are open again."

"Our friends shared that was their favorite restaurant, so we drove from Eugene to eat there and celebrate our friends birthdays. The appetizers and salads were good, but the main course was disappointing for my husband and me. My husband? Chickens Alfredo was quite salty, but no other real taste. I ordered the pasta with brown butter sauce, but it was extremely dry and difficult to eat. I took most of them home and made my own brown butter sauce and it was better. The servers did a good job singing? Happy Birthday and our server, Isaiah, did a good job. He was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the facility and sit in a sunny place. Seats not very comfortable for my husband. I don't think we're going back there because we have big Italian restaurants where we live. But it was a good time, overall."
