"We had lunch reservations during the Christmas market. First clue should have been it was pretty empty on the last Saturday of the market. Food was ok but pricey for the portions agnolotti-come on Very limited menu selection but the worst was the very...poor service. of us for lunch took forever to get our meals (as mentioned it wasn't even full) or have anyone ask if we wanted a drink refill, not even some bread on the table while we waited. When our meals finally did arrive only meals were served while we waited for the rest of our party's food to arrive which is completely unacceptable not sure where our waitress ran off to as she didn't serve any of the meals and possibly the worst insult is how our waitress and manager? came and kissed up after we finished our meal...a little too late in our opinion...won't be returning!"

"I love love love this restaurant! If your looking for something different than your regular place but with home comfort food, this is the place. I got the classic oerhoyes bacon onion and sour cream soooo good , and the hubby took a walk on the wild side with the kimchi pierogi. They give you the choice of boiled or fried or half and half which is nice ! Cause I do like both! Definetly will return again. Hopefully soon."

"My ex-coworker and I always meet up at this restaurant for lunch, and until last week we were there for lunch. I ordered a dish called "Chicken and Waffles" with the description of "A freshly-made waffle with spicy fried chicken, drizzled with Fran's maple syrup, topped with green onions for $13.99" Guess what. I received a waffle with three chicken wings on it and it costs $13.99 called the store manager and he just showed up said he can't do anything about it. because he is not the owner. WTH. I guess this would be our last time there. very dishonest restaurant. No more Fran's."
