"We've been here for lunch for a few years. Normally we are very satisfied, which is why we come back, but this time we were very disappointed. The service was very slow and they had to be reminded... to reserve the bottle of wine we ordered. The self-service starters were fine, but the fish and chips we ordered were very standard. Not only did it come a long time, but when it arrived, it was cooked and dry. We were convinced that it was heated again. Not to enjoy. The young waiter did his best, but he was unskilled and left two dirty knives on my lap. When I paid the bill and reported our dissatisfaction, the young lady was not interested at all and I doubt if she reported our comments. Will not go back next year."
