"Service was poor! We were a group of 15 on a Saturday night, so maybe they could have assigned us with an additional server to help the main server. The main server forgot an order so my friend had to wait at least 20 minutes to get her 4 seasons pizza. They can say they rushed it because some of it was burned the smell around the table that was terrible. When she started cutting the pizza, it was watery, so she finally canceled it. The manager came by and apologized. Most people in the group were ready to eat, except for my friend who shared a pizza with my other friend...... the main server began to collect their dish without asking if they had finished eating or not. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable! I also feel we've been rushed. The adults' desserts order were taken and delivered so that we began to eat. We had to call them (again) to deliver the desserts of the children. Everything had to be asked for... from the tap water (I asked him a few times, but I was clearly ignored. We left the restaurant without a single drop of water) and bread... in my opinion, the basics are in a restaurant. Food was good, my food was good anyway, I ordered the pappardelle. A little expensive when you see the crowd. We were the last, so maybe they ran out of Panna Cotta. You can literally drink the 'panna cotta' they served us because it 't properly cooled. It was like yogurt. Never again. The manager offered us a discount we accepted. It is a fair way to compensate for the bad service."
