"Everytime I order online I pay for extra dipping sauces, I don’t mind paying extra but I do mind when I’m charged $4 for sauces that never show up with my order. When I called to complain I was interrupted by the guy who picked up and put on hold for 20 minutes and no one spoke to me. After the long wait I realized that no one was going to pick up the phone so here I am leaving a review. Bad service."

"Been here many times. Absolutely love this restaurant and that spinach dip too! However there are times when they have plenty of seating available and still are reluctant to seat you. Anyways, still a good place to dine."

"Even though we went on the weekend and way after lunch time they still let us order off the lunch menu. The server was very sweet, the Chicken Alfredo was hot and fresh along with the minestrone was freshly made as well. My girlfriend had the unlimited soup and salad and enjoyed it. I score this within the context of my expectation for a chain like olive garden to supply relative to it's price. Also the exceptional waitress raised the score. If you go, try the chocolate lasagna cake. The cream cheese icing is delicious"

"If you want an eldente dinning experience with Italian food, then you want Roma's Italian Bistro. Family owned, this establishment offers excellent service with entrees averaging 10 to 20 dollars. Like citrus I recommend the chicken Piccata want some heat chicken caccitore. With exceptionally large pizzas you better bring your friends. These folks have a sublime establishment with wonderful music. Take your girl, bring the family, or come alone and dine at the bar. You find it enjoyable no matter what."

"WORST 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE EVER! We (used) order Dominos at least once a week and the location in Mansfield off Holland was our business that was delivered. NIE had a problem with them. Then this store opened and they are closer to our house so we need to use it. Our first order, the delivery time is pushed back again and again. When we reached the 2 hours mark, I called the store to get the status. I was told that they were short drivers and he couldn't tell me how much longer we delivered. I canceled the order and was suddenly suspended. They were there in 30 minutes. I called a few days later to see if I could talk to the manager, Jose. He didn't want to talk to me because the store was not open (I called at 10:15, shop opens at 10:30) and told me to call back after 10:30. I asked why he couldn't talk back then and he said he was rushing and hanging up on me again! Horribler customer service. If you're underoccupied, you shouldn't have opened until you've been full. Or alerts people when they order over the late period rather than just postpone the delivery time. We will now call in our orders to Holland and pick them up from this business, as I refuse to do business with this bad management and customer service."
