"Lobster bisque was absolutely cold, tasted horrible but I was so hungry I ate it and the crusted pecan sweet potatoes were overbearing way too sweet. I asked for a side of bernaise sauce and they told me no because they closed the kitchen right after we received our food. Bad service for this. Waitress came over too often trying to rush us out with food. They should not take reservations at 10 PM if the management allows everyone to rush and leave. And do not respond with the same response you post to everyone 's bad review coping and pasting, 'Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Our managers and culinary team make all necessary efforts to address any guest experience or food preparation issues when they are made aware of the issue during your dining experience. We will certainly relay this message to our team, so any necessary changes can be made moving forward. We greatly appreciate your feedback. '"

"Had lunch here yesterday (2 people). Arrived at 12:30. We like their pizzas and on Thursdays, it's 1/2 price on any dine in large pizza. I know many places are suffering staff shortages, so if you're looking to get out in under an hour, it's not happening. If you have a party larger than 4 8 or more, expect 2+ hrs. It's been slow like this for almost a year now. Took almost an hour to get our pizza. Everyone around us who were there before us were still waiting on their food. They had 3 servers, and the bartender was helping. Our server was really nice and tried her best, so it wasn't her fault. We came here several months ago and it took an excruciating 2.5 hours to get our pizza and the check. I had to beg for the check and that took another 20 minutes. I really hope things get better because we like their food and the servers are always great. Needs new management ASAP, too. Tends to chat it up with his favorites all the while ignoring other customers or helping his staff when they're backed up."

"Updated rating (3/9/22): Restaurant is CLOSED and the place is for rent. Wow, this is a big disappointment. ————— Previous review: Delicious Italian restaurant with a small cozy dining area (please reserve) made with wonderful pasta in the house. Save space for dessert, you will not regret it. The cream brûlée and tiramisu were my personal favorites. This restaurant has a very interesting backstory. It was formerly located in Chicago and was there back to the early 1900s. The family moved to the Granger area and opened here in 2014. I had many Italians in many restaurants all over Chicago. This place is a jewel and by far the best Italian restaurant in the area of Michiana."
