"This is to bring to the immediate concern of the Pizza Hut manager about their delaying refund for an order placed on 7th of January 2017,the order was cancelled after it was delivered 2hours of placing the order from this outlet.I didn't expect such a sloppy service from them as my delivery was hardly 1.15km away from their store.They even pleaded to take one more additional pizza next day free of cost provided I accept the Pizza worth Rs.324 including taxes which I ordered but I refused and let the Pizza returned as it was delivered 2 hours after I placed the order.Then I spoke with the manager who assured me that the money would be refunded in my FreeCharge account (I paid through FreeCharge)within 15 days,I am still to get refund after 37days of my complaint,it is disgusting to see such a pathetic attitude towards the customers,What should I do ?Should I file a case in consumer court for the harassment that your store have caused to me,it isn't the money which is important here,it is your callousness towards the customer service which is reflected here.i have been given the reference I d no-15579058 for the same My request to all,if you don't want to face problems faced by me,then please think twice before placing order in this outlet.I will never recommend this outlet to anyone. If the manager is professional enough please heed to my complaint and initiate the solution ."

"Worst exp ever while ordering for home delivery. As first they took the entire order and promised for half an hour delivery but when the time pass by and we called to check the status of our delivery they simply said not possible and consider your order cancel as they don't have the delivery boy. When I have asked why they have taken the order when they are not having the delivery boy thn whoever picked up the call (must be the owner, can make out from his attitude and tone of speaking) said very casually that the one took our order was not aware of the fact that they are not having delivery staff available. What an unprofessional approach towards their customer over phone. Can't recommend and refer this place for any kind of food or purpose ever in my life."

"Cancellation of order took 30 minutes, same as their delivery time. Vendor forced cancellation instead of order transfer. Customer care unresponsive too after 3 calls and tried to send me through hoops just to log a complaint, poor very very poor service. Hope this improves or just take it down, no use of such a place with such inconvenient workforce."

"Last week we visited this great restaurant in fine kitchen during our stay in this luxurious and fine anwesen in bigger noida. during dinner we loved the ambiente des ortes, which transported us to a beautiful place with great interiors and comfortable seating. they also have a living kitchen on the corner. the place is known for serving large Italian and Chinese cuisine. the menu offers a wide range of options from soups, salads to dimsums and a variety of cocktails/mocktails. we tried the coffee cocktail and the long icy of the island that were great. in the food, we also have the chicken sweet maissuppe with the wontop suppe. then we tried the dimsums with pig and carol. we tried the different variety of fish, garnel, as the seafood festival went there. the kung paohun along with hakka noodles were great. there was a lot of variety and the dishes were made perfect."

"I had the opportunity to dine at Mosaic Restaurant Bar, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. The interior is tastefully decorated with a modern touch, creating a warm and inviting space. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. The menu at Mosaic offers a diverse range of cuisines, including Indian and international dishes. There was a good selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, catering to different preferences. The menu featured both traditional favorites and innovative creations, providing something for everyone. To start, I ordered the Mosaic Special Nachos, which were loaded with toppings like melted cheese, fresh salsa, and guacamole. The nachos were crispy, and the combination of flavors was enjoyable. For the main course, I opted for the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Paneer Butter Masala. Both dishes were well-prepared, with tender chicken pieces and flavorful paneer in rich and aromatic gravies. The portion sizes were decent and accompanied by fluffy naan bread. The service at Mosaic was attentive and friendly. The staff members were courteous and prompt in taking orders and serving the food. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestions when requested. However, the waiting time for the food to be served was slightly longer than expected, which could be improved. Mosaic Restaurant Bar also offers a good selection of beverages, including a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and spirits. I tried their signature cocktail, the Mosaic Mojito, which was refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, my experience at Mosaic Restaurant Bar in Pune was pleasant. The combination of a welcoming ambiance, a diverse menu, and friendly service made for an enjoyable dining experience. While the waiting time for food could be improved, the flavors and presentation of the dishes were commendable. Mosaic is a suitable choice for casual outings and gatherings with friends or family."
