"Just winding our way back home from NYC on The Taconic and saw this brewery-well the saints must have been looking on because this is a real gem! This place is steeped in history, with its re-purposed beams to a modern, environmentally conscious, shared, bathroom, sinks. It has a large apre Ski/European outdoor bier garden as well as indoor cozy family dining long tables and bar seating, Where are you feel a touch of European a touch of country and a touch of class. The beer is spot on. I tasted four beers and love them all the menu caters to any different palace from vegan to gluten free. Also, the range from six months old, 80 pined to quadped! Zoe was behind the bar. She knew her trade and had excellent customer service. A big plus for me was the fact that they had a glass rinser and you can view the brewing room from the bar area although they don't have table service you make your order at the bar they have a small gift /merch area and a small snug for a band but there's an open kitchen woodfired I recommend the brats although it is small and portion it was tasty so if you're sharing you may want to get your own and hand cut fries which Were tasty. They have growlers they offer cans to go or you can fill your growlers. The owner Steve was very personable and approachable and gave us history on a busy rainy Saturday afternoon. Will def be back despite a 45 min drive from home!Dont miss this place!!!!Opened in 2020 they've got a winner here!"

"Rays was absolutely amazing to have our daughter birthday party in her next room. After years to go to Rays, for a quick dinner or going out, I have completely new love for Rays. Everyone who worked there, especially Alison, is absolutely seamless and easy. It was perfect. We paid for everything, without room fee. They gave us a cake. It was so customer-oriented service and we appreciate it so much. I can't praise Alison enough! She is always so happy, friendly and helpful. Thank you."

"Very friendly woman who I believe is the owner! I'm happy to have finally checked it out myself. We received top-notch customer service, over and beyond, really. Included with our take-out, I also received a little Chinese writing lesson It was very insightful! My 1st time there, only customers there, had a good time and some great conversation! The food was good, as well! Except the The in my BFs pasta gave him a terrible stomach ache "

"First of all the pizzas here are really good and are also available in small size which is great for trying many different kinds at once. Last night we tried the Drunken Eggplant Parmigiana and Short Rib Ravioli along with a Plain (Large 16 ' ' pizza. Everything was delicious!"
