"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Meat coming round regularly, no pork was requested and they remembered avoided our table whilst they had pork dishes. Service lovely all round pleasant meal"

"We've been big fans of Balla Napoli for many years, back then it was the Duke Street branch we visited. Their pizza have always been so delicious, no grease spot on the bottom of the box, and so reasonably priced. We've recently started using the...Princes Street restaurant and the pizza is still as good and the staff are really friendly. This isn't a swish, upmarket Italian restaurant but it is a fun, casual and friendly eatery with a nice atmosphere and great food. Local company, reasonable prices, great food and friendly staff why not pay them a visit?"

"Was 2 of us. Food was good. Waitress was formal and professional. Was rather surprised when I swapped a sauce out of my burger for something else was charged. But was fine until they charged £1.25 for. Not even a tablespoon of sauce. When waiter came to clear plates , was slamming plates while clearing like he had a problem. Waiter when asked for the bill brought it over. Came back and asked to split the bill. We Said what each of us would pay and at the table got his mobile phone out with his calculator on, put it on table and worked it out. Just found that completely rude. Also I don’t understand even putting a discretionary service charge for a table of two when to be honest. Wasn’t enough service for a service charge. But paid it as a tip. As the food was with it and the waitress done her job well. Will return, not any time soon though."

"We really enjoyed our meals in this restaurant. the staff was nice and the food was very good. we were not thrown along, although we were the last people there, it was very clean and had a friendly ambiente. would definitely return."

"Why buy this when you can make it at home...? Its just a bit of pasta and meatballs, right kids, riggghhtttt?! That's where you're wrong, this is made by italian gods. The perfectly seasoned pasta, incredible hand made meat balls and leopard spotted garlic bread to rival a leopard all for basically a tenner! Bravo Bella, bravo. BELISSIMO!! ps the pizzas looked nice too x"
