"I longed to eat in this restaurant, but I was very disappointed. Meanwhile if you arrive after sunset you can no longer appreciate the panorama because there is only the total darkness in front of you. you can't even hear the sound of the waves because the voice and noise of the super crowded room cover everything. pushed by positive reviews, I convinced ahimè to choose the fixed menu formula at 30€ pp. I press that twenty years before I had tried this formula in the rooms of sferracavallo, repromising not to repeat the experience. and instead I was wrong again! eating for itself is not evil. it is only cooked in mass with attention and care of the case. There were people who emptied the dishes. we ate only the appetizers leaving almost in full the three first and two seconds. too much food. Too much. especially if you are in two. In proportion, the 4 or 6 tables eat less. spaghetti with clams were al dente but it was pasta with garlic and oil with addition of clams in ocita. The axe was totally tasteless, it looked like a piece of plastic without soul. swordfish cooked well, golden, but also without flavor. all the kitchen was with very little salt, which is great when the fish is fresh, but obviously not in this case. I was wrong not to book on the “piano nobile” the one on the ground floor that I highly recommend, reserved for customers there cards or banquets. there the atmosphere is really romantic with well-equipped tables, well spaced and you can appreciate the Mormon of the sea. (of course if you chose a terrace on the sea, it's because you want to hear it) my review hopes to help those who have to choose between a sober dinner to remember and those who want to make a tour de force with the many courses that come to you as a waiter who don't have time to pay attention."
