"I ordered soup, turkey and veg, my husband asked for a chicken parmigiana with no onion. Waitress went and checked with the chef about the onion and said it was ok. We also asked for two serves of garlic bread.Soup and bread arrived fairly quickly, complete with 2 dessert spoons. (No cutlery, napkins on the table)WeI waited for the other meal to arrive.......I finally ate mine as it was getting cold. I requested a napkin from another waitress who brought us two and said meals shouldn't be too long.After another 20 minutes or so our original waitress asked if we would like dessert. I explained our second meal hadn't come yet. She went off to check and then told us we hadn't ordered anything else. This us when we should have left!We waited for the meal, a complimentary drink and apology were given. Meal arrived. Chicken breast fillet was a canary fillet. Tiny serve and vegies with onion all through it. The lady at the next table was served the same meal...Huge!We cut our losses, paid the bill and left."

"Most complicated experience trying to order a pizza, only to be forwarded to a call center who then directed our call (one of 5 calls) to the actual store and still not get through to anyone. Horrible experience. What happened to the days of phoning...a restaurant and talking to a person?!"

"I bought frozen cannelloni, was instructed to cook it perfectly and with what sauce to couple it. I was blown away that I could do something delicious in my own kitchen with minimal effort. It was so good! I ate in the restaurant and had the best experience with the owner and the staff, the food was incredible, but I didn't think I could make it so good at home. Everything you get from this proven restaurant will be perfect."

"Well we heard about this place but it is always so busy when we go with line ups out the door, so tonight we waited and shared a table with total strangers who were very nice just so we could sit..... well it was def worth it, the home made pasta and sauce was Delicious!!!! I would stand in line for an hour for their flavors, the service was great we will be back and bring friends ..."

"We ate breakfast at this Whitespot, several times this past weekend. We entered the restaurant early AM and stood at the door for quite some time before a staff came to seat us.She served us our coffee and then left, telling us our server would soon be with us. Again, we waited. Finally she returned and took our order.Again we waited about 10 minutes and we received our breakfast. The food was okay. The variety on the menu is definitely not large. I tried to order a bagel with creamed cheese, but they don't carry this type of item.This White Spot is attached to the hotel, so it is very convenient to hotel patrons, but too exspensive..Thank You !"

"It’s been a long time since we’d eaten here but we remembered the nice patio they had so we thought we’d try it again. The patio is even nicer than we had remembered, right on the river, beautiful views, high glass to block the wind and canvas sails overhead to provide shade. The service has excellent as was the food. They have a good selection of local wines and beer and the prices were reasonable. We particularly appreciated the fact that the background music was just that, not the blaring rough stuff that so many places use."
