"This place is very small. I think they want to give a real authentic Italian experience by keeping it really small. We had a 3 people reservation but showed up in a group of 5 and they still accommodated us. Food was amazing. Waiter also took the time to explain everything on the special board menu. Totally worth it. I will go again."

"Perfect night to eat like a king. Great atmosphere, service, drinks and food. We ate like kings and encourage you to treat yourself and your family do the same here. RIBEYE with garlic truffles were great. Place was busy, but the staff took all the coding precautions. Mask, Sanitizer, staff was fast and made sure we didn't want anything, but don't hang around us or feel uncomfortable with the room. Dessert was nice and very fast packed. Great job Carrabas! Seven Meadows/Grand Lakes location."

"What do you want me to say? the deep dish is what we have 30 minutes for, we have several times. it never disappointed. crappy, tasteful, hearty, it's like advertised. the mini cheese pizza was also for my son to pardon. the staff is polite and the joint is not too expensive for what they get. now 45 minutes waiting for a deep dish is exaggerated, maybe this is normal everywhere, maybe we should call and have killed the waiting time in the comma, they make sure they order a deep dish. it's really good. the only knock pieces I have are the bathroom not really clean and out of any reason they keep in the interior at 79 degrees, a thermostat said 83. I was as if we could do a little around here. the cashier turned the ac, but I doubt that they do all the time. for a deep dish, child pizza, salat and cheesebread it was about $50."

"Hasta la Pasta has been in Katy as long as I can remember. We went in recently though and the visit was much different, and for the better!First off, they have completely changed the inside and separated the dine in area into two separate rooms. The original atmosphere is still there on one side, and then the other side is more open, more well lit, and self service Now this might seem odd, but it's genius. You go the counter and order your food, then go get your own drinks, then when the food is ready they bring it out to you! So you don't have a waiter or waitress, you just go in and order what you want and voila a much quicker experience.As for the food, just as good or even better than before. We had a meatball pizza which was cooked perfectly; thinner crust and healthy amount of toppings. And we had the chicken picata; which was probably one of the best chicken picatas I have ever had and the portion was very generous. Most Italian restaurants will bring you a frail looking chicken, but this one was large and amazing.All in all a great visit to a local tradition and we are definitely looking forward to going back soon.
