However. at the golden plate there is substance, a lot of substance, starting from the friendly welcome and the effective way to present the dishes. about the latter, should be reported among the first at least the ravioli with filling of ricotta and mint and the soft (and goose) ears to the sauce of sausage. if the mixed grill of lamb and veal (very the first), the abundantly served vegetables were also memorable, with peaks of excellence in the drainage (repaced with dried peppers) and in the broccoli of grated bread. all was accompanied by a taurasis of purity, coming from the rows of the nearby chestnut, whose bouquet magically enchanted the table. Congratulations, Mr. Francis, and thank you for the experience!"
