"We had an excellent Sardinian banquet today at agriturismo Montiferru. Our experience started with Prosecco and bruschetta. In the gardens. Followed by a sumptuous anti pasta with delicious cheeses, meats, and breads. Later there were meatballs, two wonderful pasta dishes, one with special mushrooms, the other ricotta ravioli. Then salad and the meat dishes good steak, and the most succulent delicious pork we have ever eaten roast piglets. Followed by three tasty desserts sebados, fruit salad, and Sardinian dolcis, finished off with expresso and a choice of liquors. The whole experience was well paced over four hours, we were made most welcome by the staff and by Fabrizio the chef, and given an opportunity to see the traditional ovens in the kitchen. The chef and maitre d’ clearly had a great commitment to it being a great feast and enjoyable experience. As visitors to Sardinia, we enjoyed being part of a local event there were many local extended families and groups of friends enjoying a special Sunday outing together. Highly recommended! "This restaurant is located inside a hotel. The food was excellent and very flavourful. Unfortunately, the portions were very small and our bill for two was very high. Very good quality Italian and Sardinian cuisine."

"My dad and I go to this place quite a bit because he can get a nice cut of meat or some fish, and I can get pasta or a nice vegetarian plate catered to my liking. They have a huge pizza menu as well that I have not tried yet. This place has the best of both worlds really. Traditional Italian food, and a vegetarian can also have a great meal here. Sometimes the food does take a long time to arrive, even when the place is empty. Polite service and nice atmosphere."
