"Always I coming here when I am in Mangalia for a nice frappe and coffee . I understand that management changed recently and is much better . To be honest the pizza and the coffee is great . You lost a star because your waiter...George “forgot “ to bring the change back . Is my decision if I tip you for your service not yours ."
