"Quel espace, plus de 30 tables, hélas, personne à l'accueil, en fouinant, je trouve ma table réservée à 12h00. Je commande l'apéro à 12h40. La carte tout aussi disproportionnée : env. 40 sortes de pizzas, idem pour les pâtes, choix de vins infinis, de Salquenen à St-Maurice avec des détours en Italie et au Portugal. Comme je le craignais, le personnel (3 ou 4 serveurs seulement) trés courageux est complètement dépassé. Par contre les assiettes tant attendues sont de bonne facture. Viande de 1ère qualité, pizzas délicieuses, glaces, crême trop bon et l'addition ne provoque aucune indigestion. Voilà, si vous n'êtes pas trop pressés et que des inconnus qui partagent votre table ne vous indisposent pas trop, OUI. Sinon NON."

"Outre la vue sur Martigny et le coude du Rhône, ce restaurant que les gens de la région appellent aussi "le Virage", a toujours su proposer une carte attrayante, une présentation attirante et des préparations alléchantes. Hier soir nous avons craqué pour des asperges de Charrat absolument succulentes et une sauce sublime. Mais à chaque fois le plaisir fut au rendez-vous, quel que soit le plat choisi. Et je ne parle pas de l'accueil qui est toujours parfaitMerci merci"

"The terrace is big with lovely views. Very professional and friendly service and a good choice of Italian food. So cool to have a decent Italian restaurant in Verbier apart from Marco at Channe which is more sophisticated. congratulations to the team and we will...be back soon. "My husband, daughter and I enjoyed a delicious mushroom fondue, a homelike tomato salad and a plate of farm chicken with vegetables at this family-run caveau. The owner went beyond the call of duty to accommodate my gluten free allergy by bringing me GF crackers....She is also allergic! She treated my toddler to a drink and brought her a surprise little drink umbrella. Everything you can tell is made fresh and they have a bakery as well in their establishment. The room we were in was real comfortable and charming with the owner's daughter's art work on the walls and cute heart and other cozy decorations. The parking is right in front and offers lots of space. We had a great experience!"
