"Ciao! I am so delighted we finally drove through to come and eat here. We are situated somewhere between this branch and the Hyde Park branch, but decided to try this one first. It was Saturday at lunchtime, so they were very busy, but they managed to seat us at a table inside. Pro tip: book in advance and ask for a garden table, it’s beautiful out there! As we arrived three people came to us individually to see if we needed help and to seat us. The lady who found us a table actually ended up being quite slow and we waited for a while each time we needed something, but the food definitely made up for the service. After visiting Italy earlier this year, it was wonderful to see so many familiar items on the menu. We ended up trying two pretty standard things: Bolognaise Ragu and the Parma Ham sandwich. Both were exceptional. The portion sizes are decent and we left feeling super satisfied. On the way out we stopped at the deli and the lovely man working there gave me a run down of everything in the shop. He convinced me to buy a brownie (it didn’t take much), and it was one of the best I’ve tasted, and it was HUGE. He also recommended that next time I try the liver pasta at the restaurant, which I’m extremely excited to go back for. Overall the place was fabulous and we left with big smiles on our faces!"

"The world had ended when Pizza Connection in Primrose sold to new owners... Years later I was introduced to La Piovra by my hubby who works in Bedfordview. One bite and I knew it was Pizza Connection. Different place, different time, different name but you guys still make the most amazing pizza!!! Thank You for an awesome birthday, I am so glad I have found you again! I now travel all the way from Alberton to buy pizza."

"Stopped by for breakfast. The place was busy but we got good service from Lance. And the managers kept stopping by to ask if we were still okay and enjoying our food, which I loved. The food was good, and we didn't have to wait long for it."
