"This agriturismo is supposed to be authorized by the region of Sicily to offer scholastic excursions/courses. We went with our childrens ' school and were highly disappointed. The food was good, but it was a special kid-friendly (tomato pasta and meat dish only) menu, so I can 't really comment on the food aspect. However, the site was in poor condition, with a rickety old wooden path leading to the parking lot and 'mini zoo ' area. This area consisted of four goats and a handful of chickens ' there were also some bunnies in a closed area that the children were able to see for a few minutes. This area was not safe for small children to be left unattended due to the poor condition of the wooden pathway. The snail section (the main attraction) was highly disappointing. We only saw a handful of living snails unfortunately. Overall, the educational part was very limited and it was definitely not worth the long drive our school made to get there to see a few animals. There are surely newer and more interesting agriturismi in Sicily to be seen!"
