"Firt of all you´ll think you could expect a fair food experience, since it started as a food truck, now they call it exterior kitchen, the thing is that they have excellent cuisine, fresh, flavorfull,with ingredients like algae and ginger that make the difference. "I actually hate to do this, because, mostly I've had good experiences here. But today I asked Pasta y Basta to deliver a meal, colotta, a veal meal. The meat was so thin as to be non-existant. Breaded veal. There was twice as much breading...as meat. The meat was thin, tough, and without taste. Not sure, but my guess is that the owner is the chef, so whatever the complaint, it was against the owner/chef. My guess is that because the owner is chef, there is no one to tell him the truth. I called to complain, and got the feeling they were going to disregard my complaint. This is unaccaptable. No offer to refund, no offer to replace. Pretty sure my complaint will be disregarded. Thought they were a quality place, not so sure now."

"Some of the best pizza I've ever had! Perfect crust, sauce and ingredients! Take it from me... I lived in Italy when I was a boy who knew good authentic Italian cuisine and my Italian grandparents! The service was 5 stars as I waited for the pizza that was plagued with the cook/owner. Nice wine shop and Deli. Next time I drive a few days so that I can excite myself:"
