"There weren't many people in the restaurant. We sat right away and no one came here to get even our drinks order. A couple coming in after us was waiting for it and that was when I decided to go. This is the second time that this happened to us at the location rancho santa margarita. Your food is great, but you need to repair your service."

"Large chicken finger and children's slider on the children's menu. The small plate pulled pork is okay, but was a little dry and the barbecue sauce was the vinegar-based, which is spicy to my taste. They brought a milder one that was fine. The waiter was great and refilled the iced tea and the strawberry limonade. UPDATE Aug '22: Delicious chopped salad with BBQ chicken! Lovely passion fruit tea! Others report delicious Tritip and Prime Rib."

"Delicious, unique, and cost-effective. FOOD They have a comprehensive menu with something for everyone. Tastes very authentic and has unique flavor combinations I haven?t experienced elsewhere. Definitely not fast-food prices, but for date-night quality food, the prices are very reasonable. Tips are included in the price of the food, European-style. You order and pay at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Portions are reasonable and both lunch and dinner options are offered. They also offer meats and cheeses for purchase, deli-style. Mostly pastries for dessert options, and again, not your typical selection. Granted, I was there during a time that wasn?t very busy, but they brought my hot dessert to me on the last bite of my meal. I never felt like they were watching me as I ate my food, yet they were paying attention enough to deliver my dessert as I was finishing my meal. STAFF The staff is friendly, quick to give a smile and willing to start a conversation if there?s no line. They are helpful and the service is quick. I?ve been here with a large group and by myself and both experiences were equally as pleasant. ENVIRONMENT Comfortable seating both indoor and out. There are seating options both for large groups and for individuals. On a whole, the indoor seating is better for large groups and the outdoor seating is better for one or two persons. Eclectic, but simple style inside. Peaceful and homey feel. They also sell canned/jarred/bagged food items stored in a few non-obtrusive racks on one of the walls. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience and definitely somewhere I want to share with others."

"Excellent crew! I had to compliment the proprietor. It was more of an experience than just a lunch. Had a huge family gathering there. Would do it again. Don't follow Google. Turn left at the red fire hydrant at Bed, Bath and Beyond, then right. It's at the end."

"I feel like this is a place you don't want to tell people about because it's such a great kept secret. I ordered pizza to go and the prices were more then fair especially compared to round table. The quality was awesome and the taste was great. A+"

"The ambience was nice and the menu interesting. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre and the food was just terrible. The pasta shrimp had so much butter, that everything was so slimy...the roux wasn't fully mixed and it looked like clumps of fat. The flank steak was good, but not $23 good. We will not be going back."
