"We always like to eat at Melsa because the food is really great and tastes great. However, we will avoid Melsa in the future after a really bad experience today. We came from moving and had to take a short break because my little nephew really needed to go to the toilet, unfortunately we were vehemently and extremely unfriendly refused. Even when we kindly and naturally offered to pay for it, we were rejected with an unfriendly Of course not! . For pregnant women and children, KURZ should be allowed to go to the toilet, EVERYWHERE A GOOD MATTER. Unfortunately, we are not used to something like that from the otherwise very friendly Switzerland and the actually nice Melsa. Unfortunately never again!"
