"Das Big Chief ist seit ca. drei Monaten geöffnet und vom Ambiente her wie eine American Sporsbar mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte beinhaltet viele Gerichte und das ist scheinbar ein knackiges Problem für die Küche.Entweder ist die Küche zu klein um all die angebotenen Gerichte zubereiten zu können oder es ist zuwenig Personal angestellt. Die Wartezeit beträgt zwischen ein und zwei Stunden, welches definitv für "Burger-, Pizza- & Salatgerichte" zu lang ist. Zwar ist das Personal sehr freundlich und überbrückt die lange Wartezeit durch ein Zusatzgetränk auf Kosten des Hauses, jedoch macht sich der Unmut breit, wenn man hungrig ist. Drei Besuche der Lokalität liegen hinter mir. Fazit: zweimal extrem lange Wartezeit, zweimal Essen unter Durchschnitt (Burger) und einmal gut (Steak), eine platschige Servicekraft, vielleicht ein vierter Besuch....jedoch wird erst einmal etwas Zeit verstreichen!"
