"First time visitor. The restaurant looked and smelled amazing and I was looking forward to my meal. Sat at bar and ordered my meal to go. It took a full 1/2 hour to receive my meal, but sometimes good things come to those who wait. Not not tonight; I was very disappointed. Ordered chicken Parm over fettuccine Alfredo noodles. I got my order to go. The first thing I noticed was how light my order was when they handed me the to go bag. The small portion of chicken, especially considering the price paid, was very dry with virtually no sauce or means of offsetting the dryness of the dish. The noodles were a bit dry as well. Everything did taste good. And there was a side of nice bread which had potential but there was no oil or butter or garlic; when combined with the dry dish, the bread also was a disappointment and didn’t add anything particularly enjoyable other than a means to fill my stomach.Probably would not return or recommend."

"I have eaten several times in this restaurant and everything I tried was excellent. Also decided to fulfill my daughters wedding, and everyone added the whole food and beef basket was the big hit. The owner Rick was so helpful. 5 stars from my family! Try it anyway! You go back!"

"We were a large party and was seated right away. We were attended well. At about the time we expected our entrees a kitchen Mgr came out and said they were out of the two gluten free dishes. This was one of the reasons we came here. Our waiter Bern learned of the problem then scurried off. About 5 minutes later he came back saying he found the gluten free pasta. He saved the day for two of our party. Over all the food was as authentic NY style as could be. More than I thought SC could offer. Foods great and service too. Recommend highly."

"Baked Spaghetti and a loaf of garlic bread but is definitely not delicious. Noodles are very dry I asked for extra meat sauce and there is no taste in this spaghetti at all. I will not be back !"

"January 18, 2022 1:02 p.m. Late on my review I apologize for that peeps. 6 of us went were only inside the establishment for about 35 40 minutes. The salad, was the best part of the meal for me. I wasn 't too happy with the selection of pizzas. Seems they kept remaking the same ones, as far as toppings different pizzas. The food was alright . There were 4 kids with us only 2 or 3 of the games even worked... which was specifically why we had choosen CiCi 's. We had not been to this location in several years. Not sure when we will return as far as giving a recommendation, I would suggest going elsewhere unless they seriously step up their pizza game actually have games available to the children! It is a hard choice to give this place 2 stars."
