"Disappointing. First and last time there. Service: The orange juice they gave my daughter tasted like it had alcohol in it, but actually was just expired; they admitted it, and could not have been kinder about admitting the mistake. I almost felt bad about having said anything at all, after they were so apologetic. After that, the appetizer didn 't come out for about 20 minutes, and the entrees came one minute after that; that 's not an appetizer at that point, that 's a side item. Server was cleaning up at the end and said Jesus! using it as a cuss word honestly can 't remember why, but with my kids there, not ok. Food: The kids ' chicken tenders were ~50% chicken; the server told me they double crisp them for the kids, but they barely put any chicken in it. The ribs were dry, but drowning in sauce; the asparagus was limp, unseasoned, and tasteless. Ambiance: Pick a lane. Dark inside, smooth jazz, servers ' uniforms all signal upscale restaurant. Menu prices are dirt cheap, signals something else. Food lived up to the prices, not the ambiance. That space is too fancy for what they 're doing in there. Mistakes happen, but when you serve someone something expired, then you 'd think you 'd try to make sure you don 't mess up the rest of the experience. Can 't see any reason to come back here."

"I’ve eaten pizza in NYC and Chicago. Thin crust and deep dish. Every sauce and topping combo under the sun. What Bruno’s has going on here in Tyler (at least at the Vine location) is something special. Their “combo” is magnificent because you get to taste all of their top notch toppings. I never get anything else."

"This was honestly a bad experience. Couldn?t wait to try it and had to wait over a hour and half. Not because restaurant was packed but because they don?t have enough staff. Food was not good shrimp creole tasted like spaghetti sauce. Bland no flavor. They was out of oysters out of bread pudding. The trio skillet had no flavor or seasoning either. Food wasn?t even warm. If u know Nola there is flava babee. No way this compares or even comes close. Very dissatisfied and I had to give a star just to comment. Never been anywhere I didn?t take a doggy bag. But NO THANKS."

"This is the best Italian food in Tyler. Also homemade pasta and sauces. We usually get take out pizza at least a few times a month. When we can we enjoy a full dinner. Staff is great, as well as owner!"

"A bit in the pricey side. 10$ for 4 small mushrooms drowned in sauce. The eggplant parm is 2.5 pieces of stopped together mess of cheese. Doesn't come with pasta for the price and had to order it on the side for half of what the eggplant was. Food quality is ok. Not great but not horrid. Quick turn around time but not much for the price."
