"El dueño se mostró agresivo desde nuestra llegada y nos dijo que era una restaurante costoso. No había nadie almorzando y teníamos un grupo de 10 personas en el auto, solo entramos a confirmar si había comida.Nos fuimos sin almorzar por el maltrato recibido desde el inicio. No sé si la comida es buena o mala, pero el recibimiento fue el peor posible de imaginar.No tenemos intenciones de volver."

"Paca Paca is a very cute restaurant, filled with gerbera daisies, hearts, a bubbly staff and a cute cuckoo clock that announces the hours. And then comes the food and drinks! Excellent Pisco sours! A fabulous huge salad ( enough for 2 or even 3 people) with fresh ingredients (lots of avocado) and a delicious homemade citrus dressing. The soup was creamy and delicious and the Paco Paco pizza was light and crispy. The clay oven heats up the room in this cooler winter temperatures. A great place to eat!!! Also check out the art studio and Peruvian art for sale on the first floor of the restaurant building. Evangelina is a wonderful artist who creates her own art and sells art for other Peruvian artists."

"We initially called here for afternoon tea and spent a very pleasant hour drinking coffee and eating delicious cake. The next day we returned and ate lunch. We all enjoyed lovely sandwiches and cakes, the staff are really pleasant and helpful, and the prices are so reasonable."

"In one of the few nice traditional houses still remaining in the center of Urubamba, La Casa de la Abuela offers that tranquil and artistically decorated place, where you can sit down in a beautiful inner courtyard, while listening to good music (what in Peru...is a rarity), connect to an excellent wifi and enjoy a juice, an excellent French press coffee or a herbal infusion while eating something really original for Urubamba, Cusco or even Peru: Raw Cakes. BTW, I didn 't know something sweet and delicious could also be very healthy. Raw cakes are not baked, are gluten free, and contain mostly seeds and fruits. The Salted Caramel cake, that uses local lucuma as a base ingredient is a delicacy. Mabel offers homemade ice creams that are really great and come in elderberry, coffee and lucuma flavors; what makes a great combination with the raw cakes. Casa de la Abuela also prepares wood oven pizzas that are carefully made served and their homemade lasagnas are excellent. Even my partner, who doesn 't like pizza normally she ate two slices telling: This is great!"
