"Our Italians for over 30 years. ok, the owner has changed several times, but the frightening dishes have remained. simply order a lasagne or tris di pasta. also the salads are absolutely pointed (especially when they are freshly cooked in the restaurant). a real taste experience."

"Our visit was spontaneous. The service was great, friendly and everything went quickly. The homemade bruschetta rolls were ok, but not really good Italian. I ordered a Greek gyros pizza of course not Italian, but it didn't taste good either. Gyros with curry? and yoghurt dressing on a tomato sauce base...sheep's cheese or another base would have been better. My girlfriend's noodles weren't that great either. But the wine and beer recommendations were good. Thanks anyway. Maybe just reconsider the GyrosPizza."

"Wir waren hier an einem lauen Sommerabend und saßen draußen vor dem Restaurant, direkt an der Straße. Da es dort aber nahezu keinen Verkehr gab, war es ruhig und angenehm zu sitzen. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich und erfüllte auch Sonderwünsche gern. Die Auswahl auf der Karte entsprach dem Standard eines guten Italieners, ein paar ausgefallenere Variationen waren auch dabei - in jedem Fall war für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Das Essen kam schnell und für alle gleichzeitig auf den Tisch, obwohl wir zu siebt waren. Die Portionen waren reichlich und es hat allen gut geschmeckt. Nur das Risotto war eine Enttäuschung und glich mehr gebratenem Reis. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gepasst und wir können dieses Restaurant gut weiterempfehlen.."

"They have some good veggie dishes, surely not bad but the ambient is just awful. Everything is full of fur, horns, … I had some pasta and a pretty good bread spread. Ill take another one next time."

"Domschaenke is a lovely restaurant at Dieplohstrasse in the center of Warstein right next to the brewery administration headquarters. Around the end of the 19th century the house was brewery and family home of Warsteiner's owner family. The restaurant has kept this traditional interior feeling, showcasing historic views of the town and traditional brewing equipment. Food is great with plenty of options to choose from and of course plenty beer choices are available. Bring some time to enjoy the athmosphere, German restaurants are generally not too quick (but on the good side also not as pushy to get you out again). If you are looking for a quicker option go around the corner to Sudhaus in the same building where you can sit outside (e.g. under the old copper kettle top) or inside this brewpub, more limited food choice there incl. great burgers."
