"The flavour in the hotel restaurant offers high level dining, which are quite moving in the gourmet area. there is a nice selection of dressed and wee. the menus are presented very appealing. the individual menu can be combined almost arbitrarily to a 3- to 5-course menu, at a decent price. the latter also applies generally to this restaurant.The facility is perhaps somewhat old-fashioned, but does not reduce the experience. highly recommended!"

"We went there for the half day spa on my birthday and then for dinner at the Alexander. Arrived by ship, later very far away with the luggage on foot, because nothing goes there... For 110. we got a basket with towels and a bathrobe for both people. The fitness area was small, the wellness area was good, also rather small and the outdoor pool had a very nice view, but the floor in it was completely rusted... The cloakroom is extremely narrow. In the drinks room, the syrup was unfortunately not written about what it contained so I wasn't sure whether I could drink it because of the allergy, and they didn't know when I asked Luzern 37. paid for the whole day, and got much more and a much larger selection... It was also said that as a birthday child you get a glass of Prosecco, the service staff knew nothing about it when you served it, so it wasn't guest oriented at all. The food was also incorrectly recorded on the portions, but it's not that important. So far food has tasted good (Barley Soup, Beef Tartare, Asparagus Raviolli, Seafood Pasta, Coconut Blueberry Glace), but the smaller portions were really small and very expensive for the amount. Otherwise everything was okay and it was a nice day despite the weather. However, the bus stations are incredibly far and this hotel is difficult to reach in bad weather and with heavy luggage.
