"This was our first trip to WLSC and it was ahhhhhhmazing. First, the salad bar. It exceeded our expectations. We have never been to a supper club with a salad bar, just a relish tray and it was so good. A large variety of salads, including egg salad and macaroni and crab salad. And the hype over the hot bacon dressing is 100% true. Hubs got the baked french onion and I had the crabby cream of mushroom and it was delicious. I had a classic perfectly made Brandy old fashioned and the blue gill special while the hubs had a bourbon old fashioned and the prime rib. Hee ordered a loaded baked potato and Deanna, our server let him know that he could dress it up at the hot bar and his eyes lite up like a kid on Christmas morning. They serve prime rib EVERY DAY !!! That's amazing. We finished off the meal with a shared brandy Alexander and a Schaum Torte that hit the spot !! The atmosphere of the supper club was very cozy. Everything about the place was warm and inviting. We had two old fashioneds, one beer, bluegill special and prime rib that came with potato salad bar. We added a cup of soup and a cup of baked french onion along with one ice cream cocktail and one dessert for $115. I unfortunately kept bringing up the prices in disbelief to the server because they were unreasonable. However it took me a moment to state that I was shocked at how affordable it was. I know working in Chicago means that I am used to high prices, especially with the labor shortage and increasing food costs. I was just shocked with the quality and value of our meal. The new owners are doing things right ! I can't wait to find my way back here. Wednesday December 14th, 630pm"

"We were led by his sister restaurant the norbert to orville, as they were booked over an hour. the norbert is my favorite restaurant, and my group and I all assumed that eating in the orville would be similar to the norbert, crossing with the most popular oriented. not so. the orville has its own menu, and while everything was fresh, well presented and tasty, eating just hasn't like the norbert charme. the personal was enchanting, however, and the environment was rich in history, and I still give the food 4 of 5 stars. Note:(If you order the pasta, ask a little olive oil to drop over the top"

"Ordered the ribs and a Mac and Cheese pizza. The staff was very accommodating in helping with gluten free options. The ribs were soaked with great taste gluten free BBQ sauce. Tasted great and messy as it should be. Good portion for the price. The pizza was like eating Mac and cheese with lots of cheese). I was happy it was not almost all cheese sauce as some other pizzas we have tried in this fashion."
