"We were having a nice experience until my wife's dinner arrived. The Halibut she ordered had bacon in it. We don't eat bacon, the cook and server should have know this as the Appy we ordered had bacon and we requested to have it removed. Secondly the description in the menu did not include bacon. Thirdly, I ended up eating my meal on my own and she ate her food on her own. Obviously this was not enjoyable. We expected a little more then a casual apology but that is all we got. Finally the bill included the halibut on it and also included 15% gratuity. When we brought this to their attention it was removed. However the original bill also had the halibut discounted. So why do they do this? So that we paid the gratuity on the halibut which was an extra $5.00. Wow, very clever in cheating the customer."
