"We went to Eva last night with a group of eight people, and WOW! This is the kind of food we've been waiting to find in SLC. If you appreciate well seasoned, well thought out, and well executed dishes, this is definitely the place for you. Everything we tried was spectacular, but some of the highlights were the Brussel Sprouts, Pork Belly, Seafood Risotto, and Truffle Cake. This is definitely not the place to go if you're in a hurry, but if you can take some time to enjoy your dining experience, then you won't be disappointed. This is by far one of the best restaurants we have dined at in the ten years we've been here, and I'm confident that we will be back very soon and very often."
