"In the places memphis, nashville and franklin in tennessee, as well as in little rock, arkansas in the market district of the inner city, boscos has become famous for its consistent production of tasty casual kitchen and home-brewed aläen. our readers know that we are not more familiar, but we understand that those who try one of the many biervariations here will not be disappointed. boscos has brewed for more than 16 years award-winning handmade beers. last year 2012 the restaurant and the microbrauerei took the gold medal at the world beer cup 2012 for their yeastwizon brew with home, as well as the silver medal for their popular isle of skye scottish ale in the same year. but the microbrauerei is not the only thing that draws mass. its casual relaxed atmosphere also welcomes the patrons in together with a brick oven list of the enticing edible. boscos hosts a fairly popular happy hour weekdays from Monday to Friday between 15:30 and 18:30 clock. specials have $5 appetizers, $5 weine, beer and cocktails from a selection menu and handmade boscos brews for only $3,50 each! sounds pretty reasonable for us. the restaurant also offers a fantastic brunch samstage and Sundays from 11 to 15 o'clock, the delicious waffles, savory benedict dishes, creative omelets and much more to refine their eyes, and their appetit on. Moreover, boscos offers every Wednesday half selected wine, while on montages and Saturdays throughout the day, the patrons can fill their fill of special cups beer for only $ 3 per! above we have penetrated the lunch menu on the lazy Thursday afternoon. the midday crowd had died long ago, and we had almost the entire riverfront terrace to ourselves when we finished our meal. refreshing drinks were served immediately, while a few glasses wein relaxed us, as we look around in the scenic view. Delicately-friedene sommes were then stacked on this selection for an additional and delightful crunchy and visual appeal. especially I loved the caesar salad with darkened fish when we visited. nicely prepared and with a pronounced sweetness in every taste I took from it, this menu item from the chilled salad was refreshing and warm and tasty from the delicate, tasteful fish fillet above. the crispy crumbs on the salad strengthened the satisfaction for me, while the cool taste of the ranch dressing that I ordered on the side was a beautiful compliment. we really enjoyed our culinary experience in boscos. we shared several bites of different dishes recommended by our gracious server, and we were happy to have visited. when they are in the little rock, arkansas area, they stop at boscos in the river market and give them a try.
