"Consistently Excellent quality and always well packaged. One tiny constructive criticism would be to lighten the salt load on the cheesesteaks a bit to make it easier to finish the sandwich. Otherwise everything of wonderful. Always reliable!"

"After three tests, egg crepes were used when they were vegan. Milk free cheese though... Other employees worked hard to make it right. Pleasant location and very nice to be able to eat outside during the Kovid period"

"Customer service was excellent. I have the Pastrami club without tomatoes on a Jalapeno cheese bag and my partner got a BLT on a Sesam bagel. Both were so delicious! We were looking for a little hollister. This place is quickly friendly and they have delicious bagels. Parking is free and there is also a parking garage nearby. Thanks for the great meal!"

"I love Mr. Pickles and I go to this location all the time but I have had a couple of very negative experiences that I feel need to be addressed. I am leaving this review under a friend’s account because I go there so frequently. I love the Mr. Pickle sandwich and it’s probably my favorite sandwich of all time! But I have to dock a star because I have had terrible interactions with your employee Rick. I generally order online but on the occasion I don’t I have somehow always had to talk to Rick. He has a very cold demeanor and no sense of customer service. I have been snapped at several times by him in situations where it feels very unnecessary and it makes me uncomfortable and anxious to return. I’m not confrontational so I never said anything but I would be happy to explain further, I just don’t want to leave it here. I love Jenna, the manager, she is the best and is always welcoming, kind, and provides great customer service. I have had great experiences with other employees picking up my order, etc. I love this location and will continue to visit but I hope I will not have any more experiences like this."
