"We ate outdoors in this cute little mat in Sils. The town itself deserves a lot, the lakes, the green, wonderful. To have lunch we chose this place because I remembered the delicious tradition of the bleu cordon. Wide choice in menu, some more classic other more original. I got the one with pear cheese and truffle. my girl one more mountaineer with speck, mushrooms and cheese. Right baked meat and remained wet, panatura that held despite the abundant filling and fries good and without any hint of oil or anything that weighed. Costs from engadin, but not to be dispersed. Everyone speaks very well Italian too and cooks are Italians I think. Recommended! as recommended the trip to sils!"
