"EDIT 2: I have since spoken to the owner and the swift response and addressed issues speaks tremendous volumes. Thank you Lait Night!EDIT: since the owner's response, I called in today at 5:03pm to place an order for 14 daifukus to pick up (as recommended by the owner). However, the employee on the phone told me that it can only be ordered online, however there isn't even an option for me to order it online. She also told me to order it on the website but again, there isn't an option to order it. The employee told me that I can only do walk-in and that I can't order over the phone in advance. So what exactly am I supposed to do? I go in person and get told different limits and when I try to call, they can't do something that the owner says I can do. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.I love their daifuku so much i drive all the way from Scarborough for it. Unfortunately, staff is not consistent with what the limit is. Last time I came in, I was told the limit was 6 daifukus per person. My boyfriend came at a separate occasion and was told the same thing. When I went tonight, the employee (asian with glasses and dyed blonde/silver hair) told me the limit was 4. Quite disappointed at the inconsistency of service but the food is always amazing. Would love to come back for more but never know what the new limit someone will tell me next."

"Came here to taste the traditional tee and had a great time! the choice is wide and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to offer descriptive recommendations, I am not a tea conosieur, but I could taste the undertones of honey in my moonlight white tea. we also ordered the crepp, mung bohnenkuchen and matcha swiss roll, all were beautiful, tender and tasty! come here if you really want to taste something traditionally made tee, entertainment and baked. we came shortly after the opening and it was quite empty, but until we, at 2:30-3 clock, all the tables seemed full!"
