"Lunch reservations for 1:30 on a Wednesday. Few tables were occupied we sat at a high top. About 5 minutes went by with no one coming. A lady (not a server) finally came over asked if we had been helped yet. She went over to a group of THREE servers who had been just talking the entire time to each other. It was another several minutes before one of them left came over to help us. Your food is delicious although not sure why we received what seemed like barbecue sauce for fries instead of catsup. Had to catch our servers attention, which was difficult as she was now engaged in conversations with the bartender a young lady sweeping the floor to get my husband's beer. Another attempt was to get our check. So, although your food is really good, your customer service is sorely lacking, in our opinion."
