"It really sucks that I have to give this place a low rating. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they do have one employee who makes my drink correctly every single time and is extremely nice. I think her name is Jessica if I’m not mistaken.Other than that I can honestly say that I’m done with this establishment, the prices keep going up but the quality of the coffee keeps going down. I just spent $9.27 on the most bitter, watered down frozen coffee I’ve ever had in my life.They charge you for extra whip, which would be fine if I actually got extra whip, but I don’t. Every single time. I’ve been coming to this place for years, the location in Monroe is MUCH better, girls are more friendly and your drink is made correctly every single time.It truly is upsetting because I used to really like this place…guess it’s time to find a new coffee joint."

"Finally went and tried Bruster 's with my three children who have been always wanting to go have ice cream there and it will be the very last time I will never go there again. Those young girls that work that have no customer service experience they all have such a nasty attitude. The girl that took our order rolled her eyes at us probably 4 different times. She kept putting her finger up at us to give her a second on I don 't know what. When my husband ordered the girl wasn 't even paying attention to him and then goes what? When we were waiting for our order I asked the girl oh we had a milkshake and this girl said yeah I know, you need to wait. And rolled her eyes at me too. Those young girls need an attitude check and better customer service. I will never go back here again!! And it 's sad because this place is so close by. If I could give zero stars I would because that 's what this place deserves!!"
