"The staff here is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I stopped for a quick bite and a weird iced tea refill request (asking if I could pay to fill my large travel drink canteen- Freddy’s has reliably good fresh brewed tea! on a very long road trip day. I was greeted pleasantly by ALL of the staff when I walked in the door. I mean, these people were HAPPY!! Freddy’s always has good food, which makes it a choice stop wherever we may be when we are traveling, but it is truly the people here who impressed me enough to take the time to write a review. Freddy’s, take notice! The Las Cruces staff working 6/20/23 at around 4:30 pm are true gems and deserve some recognition. You need to be proud of this team!!"

"Horrible customer service from a manager that was “really busy” and couldn’t assist me with a concern from a visit the evening prior. She did offer to take my number down and call me back, but her entire demeanor from how she answered the phone didn’t give me any confidence that she would actually follow through; she was rude from the moment she answered the phone. Let me give you some customer service tips since I will never visit any Icebox establishment again nor will I recommend. Identify yourself when you answer the phone. Refrain from telling customers that you are too busy to help them. Don’t charge your customers twice. First and last time going here which is unfortunate as my husband’s beer was good and so was my drink, but I don’t want to pay double and then be treated poorly simply for calling to see why. I recommend not opening a tab if you want to pay cash and getting a receipt when you do pay cash after providing your card (which makes sense that you do this to prevent people from walking out on their bill). I would really like to speak to the owner. I wonder if they are too busy. Or perhaps my cash was stolen by the person I paid it to and tipped and that’s why my card was charged. I never leave bad reviews and I love to support local business. Please do some customer service training for your employees."

"We had the sandwich and avocado toast and a iced mocha. Holy moly it was all delicious and beyond affordable. They also have local artist goods you can buy. So glad we went!"

"Good frozen yogurt but the price is more expensive than comparable froyo places in other towns/cities. Still, 4 stars because nothing beats nice original tart (not as into the other flavors) with loads of toppings and fruit on a hot summer day. And good rewards program."
