"Beware: if they don’t have what you ordered for they will substitute with something of their liking and you will be eating whatever they seem fit as a substitution. Then when you complain they get an attitude like you didn’t just pay for your food. Typical Caribbean attitude that you get in all the Caribbean places. I am Caribbean myself so IYKYK. The man behind the counter is nasty. I heard him say he doesn’t have time for this and handed my call to another employee. But they sure didn’t have a hard time taking my money. Save yourself the aggravation. As long as you have a competitor I don’t have to deal with this. Furthermore, I will not be removing my review. It is absolutely for the correct restaurant!!!"

"I am so happy to have found this place! Check out my pic. See that chicken? It was crispy and juicy as can be. It's not battered and it ain't breaded but whatever it is they're using it sure is scrumptious! Food is cooked to order so if you're hungry I suggest you have an appetizer. I'm coming back for lunchtime so I can have the fish with the cheesy grits! Come on down and have some of this great food! and no I am in no way related to anyone in this establishment. The food is just GOOD!"

"Terrible customer service. If I could rate zero stars I would. I placed an order by phone and was told it would be ready in 45 min. I arrived 10 min after the phone call so I decided to use the restroom and sit on the inside. The door of the restroom was locked and beside it was a sign that clearly read “Restroom is for customers only”. As I went to ask if the door was locked, some old man who didn’t acknowledge my existence said not a word and some “man” from the back came and said that it was locked while the older man said someone was in there (all of a sudden saw that I was there). Weird that they both said two separate things so I sat and waited. Another 3 min or so goes by and I go back up to the counter to ask the older man if he was sure someone was in there. Again, he never looked up even though I started to tap on the plexi glass to get his attention. The “man” from the back comes out and I asked him how does the older man know someone is in there, then the older man gets up and says sorry while trying to pass me the keys. The man from the back asked if I was buying anything and I told him that I had already told the old man I ordered over the phone. He then proceeds to tell me that the restroom is not “really” for customers so I told him the sign says so, and he says again it’s not really for customers. So I told him they need to remove the sign and they can keep the food. I will NEVER come again. It gave very racist vibes . What a way to make a first impression."

"Just had dinner for the second time here, first time was with a friend and the second time with my husband. Great atmosphere, great service (Vonda is the best! . Both times I’ve been here the food was out of the kitchen fast and was tasty and fresh. My husband didn’t want to come here at first because of the location (inside of Kroger but his mind was quickly changed and he is pretty picky when it comes to trying new restaurants. Perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover! We will definitely be returning."

"No. Hot water,toilet ran all nite,leaked on floor,puddles on floor,couldn't shut off cold water totally so the sink ran all nite ,manager was rude as could be,never stay there again!bed was soft no shower un shaved grabbed some weak coffee in the a.m. an got the hell out of there,stayed in room 212 the Leone room,I recommend this place to no one,can't think of any one I dislike that much!"
