"Service was absolutely terrible. We were in a group of 8. An appetizer came cold in the middle. Salad came out hot and I mean HOT. I couldn't eat the tomatoes because she was scaling. What, with a hot salad would you think the rest of the food would be the same temperature, Nope, all lukewarm best. It was incredibly amazing, and the meal of a person was completely forgotten. They had also played a band, she went from table to table. Where we sat when the table asked for a song behind us, we couldn't go. We were basically trapped in our seats and couldn't get up to use the toilet room. It would be good if it was for 5 minutes or so, but we would be stuck for 15-20 minutes. The service was incredibly slow and waited for drinks for 10 minutes. 40 minutes for food, 30 minutes for a check."

"Fantastic little family owned Cubano restaurant! We were staying across the street and saw all of the great reviews and decided to try. We were seated right away, they have a small dining room with table service. Lots of folks filled tables, so they are clearly popular. We ordered a couple of traditional mojitos that were very well made and fresh. We were not too hungry so we split their sampler appetizer plate and a Cubano sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our service was fantastic, we had a tall Italian gentleman waiting on us who checked in often. If we were locals we would definitely be regulars here!"

"Good ambiance, and clean! The services was outstanding, server was attentive. The free toasted butter cuban bread was delicious. The meat needed some more flavor, so I mentioned it to server to tell the cook to add more seasoning. Overall good experience!"

"Food was good but I absolutely hate it when I’m treated differently for not speaking Spanish. I wasn’t rude when I placed my order and I even left a tip. The person who took my order was on their lunch break and the people behind the counter didn’t even tell me that my food was ready."

"Lady over the phone was stuck up and rude. Then when I got there and told them my serving was way too small for the price (literally not even 2 cups of cooked rice in my platter and less than a quarter pound of meat) they told me I’d have to pay more. Me being as optimistic as I am since the first time I went the service wasn’t so bad I ordered it then when I got home I realized I was given the most bone dense parts of the meat. Never again."
